Customers can place an order through any of the following channels:

Advance Payment Policy

To confirm your order, an advance payment is required based on the total product value:

  • For orders below ৳2000: Minimum ৳200 advance required

  • For orders between ৳2000 and ৳4000: Minimum ৳500 advance required

  • For orders above ৳4000: Advance amount will vary based on product type and value (to be confirmed during order)

Orders without advance payment will not be processed or confirmed.

Once the advance is received, we will issue a digital payment memo for your confirmation and record.

Order Confirmation

After receiving the advance payment:

  • Your order will be officially confirmed

  • You will receive a confirmation message with your order ID and delivery timeline

  • Normally product will be delivered within 2-5 days.

We recommend placing orders through our official website to enjoy extra benefits and a smooth tracking experience.

  • ৳২০০০ টাকার নিচের অর্ডারে: ন্যূনতম ৳২০০ অগ্রিম

  • ৳২০০০ থেকে ৳৪০০০ টাকার অর্ডারে: ন্যূনতম ৳৫০০ অগ্রিম

  • ৳৪০০০ টাকার বেশি অর্ডারে: পণ্যের ধরন ও মূল্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে অগ্রিম নির্ধারিত হবে (অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার সময় জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে)

অগ্রিম টাকা ছাড়া কোনো অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করা হবে না।

অগ্রিম টাকা প্রদানের পর আপনি একটি ডিজিটাল পেমেন্ট মেমো পাবেন, যা অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার প্রমাণ হিসেবে থাকবে।

অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন

  • অগ্রিম টাকা পাওয়ার পর আপনার অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা হবে

  • একটি অর্ডার আইডি ও ডেলিভারি টাইমলাইন পাঠানো হবে
